FunctionFox was founded in 2000 in Victoria, BC, and Function Point in 1997 in Vancouver, BC. FunctionFox was acquired by Volaris Group in May 2023 and integrated under Function Software with the Function Point team. Function Software is a business unit of Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.
